SME Finance Forum today announced that Hakeem Easy Finance, the licensed digital financing platform by Walee Financial Services, has joined its global network of more than 250 SME finance institutions and industry stakeholders across 190 countries working to expand access to finance for small businesses worldwide.

"We are delighted to welcome Hakeem as our newest member. Hakeem’s innovative approach, combining artificial intelligence, digital technology, and Shariah-compliant nano-financing solutions, aligns with our shared vision of advancing inclusive finance and expanding access to financial solutions for underserved entrepreneurs and small businesses. We look forward to exchanging knowledge and collaborating with Hakeem to accelerate impact for MSMEs," said Qamar Saleem, Head of SME Finance Forum.

This milestone builds on Hakeem's track record of using artificial intelligence and Islamic finance principles to serve underserved and unbanked communities in Pakistan, including individuals, micro-entrepreneurs, and small businesses that have historically struggled to access formal credit.

Through its membership in the SME Finance Forum, Hakeem aims to deepen its engagement with the global fintech and development finance community, explore new opportunities around SME lending, digital credit identity, and guarantee mechanisms, and contribute Pakistan's perspective to the broader conversation on inclusive, technology-driven finance.
